Totally Temps was founded by Dr. Christopher Gilbert, who experienced firsthand the staffing challenges that dental practices face every day. After dealing with the stress of last-minute cancellations and the difficulty of finding reliable temporary staff, Dr. Gilbert created Totally Temps to provide a better solution for the dental community.
Today, Totally Temps is managed locally by Hannah Sweeney, an experienced dental hygienist who brings genuine field expertise to every placement. Hannah understands what it’s like to work chairside, manage patient care, and collaborate with practice teams. This hands-on experience ensures we truly understand both what dental professionals want and what practices need.
Staffing Manager
Hannah leads Totally Temps with a decade of dental hygiene experience and a passion for supporting both practices and professionals. After working in private practice and raising her three children, she now focuses on making temporary dental staffing simple and reliable. When she’s not helping dental teams, Hannah enjoys time with her husband and kids, reading, trying new recipes, and staying active.
